  Dr. Rakesh Mohan took over as Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India on July 2, 2005.

First Awardee (for 2006)

Dr. Rakesh Mohan, Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, was awarded the first Singapore-India Partnership Foundation Fellow on 13th November 2006.

Mr Lim Chee Onn, Senior International Adviser to Singbridge Pte Ltd, was awarded the second Singapore-India Partnership Foundation Fellow in 2008

Third Awardee (for 2012)

Mr. Chew Choon Seng, an independent director on the SGX board and Chairman of Singapore Tourism Board (STB), was awarded the third Singapore-India Partnership Foundation Fellow in 2012.

Fourth Awardee (for 2013)

Ms. Leela Samson is an alumni of Kalakshetra*. She is a virtuoso performer and a sensitive interpreter of the nuances of Bharatanatyam**. Leela is the recipient of the Sanskriti Award in 1982, the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2000. She was awarded the fourth Singapore-India Partnership Foundation Fellow in 2013.
